How to organize inventory in Baldur's Gate 3? ›

Order Items By Latest, Value, Weight, & Type

The Sort By button to the left of the search bar is perhaps the greatest asset when it comes to inventory management in BG3 as it will organize items in any way desired. The four options are Latest, Value, Weight, and Type.

Open the BG3 Mod Manager. The mod you just dragged into the Mods folder should appear on the right of the screen. If it does not, try clicking Refresh above it. The Patch 3 Mod Fixer is an exception, and does not appear in the mod manager nor does it need to be activated.

From your inventory, open the empty pouch then press whatever button it shows in the bottom right of the inventory space with the chest icon (R1 on PS5). This brings up your inventory and allows you to place items into the pouch.

Using Vortex for modding Baldur's Gate 3 is something which I, as mod creator, strongly advise for. Just use BG3 Mod Manager...and Manually download mod files. Make a folder in your downloads and title it BG3 Mods and direct the downloads to that folder ,then with BG3 MM open choose to install from file.

When focusing on the main objectives, Baldur's Gate 3 is about 66½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 159 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

Baldur's Gate 3 is based on Dungeons & Dragons 5e but has a maximum level of 12, not the tabletop RPG's maximum level of 20. Expansion of the level cap is unlikely.

Mods at the top of the list are loaded first. They are considered higher in the mod load order. Some mods will say they require to be the highest mod, or at the top of the load order. On the other hand, mods at the bottom of the list are loaded last.

Baldur's Gate 3 uses the rules from the latest edition of Dungeons & Dragons, which are drastically different from the ones used in Baldur's Gate 2. This is because the two games were released decades apart, and DnD changed a great deal over that period of time.

Every Food or Drink has an inherent X value of Camp Supplies. At least 40 Camp Supplies (80 for tactician difficulty) worth of food and/or drinks need to be consumed in order to take a Long Rest.

How do you sleep with Shadowheart in Baldur's Gate 3? ›

Once the conversation with Shadowheart is finished, head for their bedroll. An option to sleep alone or with Shadowheart will appear. If players pick Shadowheart, they will have successfully completed the main romantic scene with Shadowheart in Act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3.

To save Shadowheart in Baldur's Gate 3, you must find an Eldritch Rune that's hidden nearby. You can then insert this into the console by her mind flayer pod, which then allows you to use it to save Shadowheart.

At one point, you will be offered an Astral-Touched Tadpole, but taking it will turn you into a half-Mind Flayer. This is not an irreversible process, but in the lead-up to the game's finale, you will then be offered a Supreme Tadpole which completes the transformation.

1: Yes, going evil will have some companions leave you (specifically Karlach, Wyll, and Gale... though I think you can persuade Gale into staying.). In return you do get a couple evil companions. 2: While it is entirely possible to do an evil playthrough, doing so cuts out a massive portion of the game's content.

Baldur's Gate 3 won't have any sort of DM creation tool according to Larian Studios, but it will have extensive post-launch mod support says Swen Vincke. With Baldur's Gate 3 fast approaching, one of the biggest and best RPG games could be in our possession very soon.

Much like managing files on a PC or laptop, Baldur's Gate 3 allows you to quickly select multiple items in your inventory using Ctrl and Shift. Holding Ctrl while clicking will select multiple items one by one. You can then move them all as a batch when you're ready.

Select the object you wish to stack and hold it with your left mouse button. From there, drag the item and place it on top of another object. Your character needs to be near the object for you to be able to drag it. You could also select items in your inventory that you could stack on top of one another.
