- Important: We need four specifications in order to make a brand new Sunbrella® replacement canopy and to ensure a perfect fit of your replacement canopy: 1) the size of your canopy; 2) the length your umbrella frame’s radius. Be sure to measure according to our video clips; 3) the number of ribs your frame has; 4) the inside diameter of the grommet you’d like us to install to the center of your new canopy; 5) the name and item number of the Sunbrella® fabric you’d like us to use (ex: Jockey Red 5403). Please see the link to Sunbrella’s online swatch book below. Remember: not all computer monitors will display colors the same.
- FAQ: What is a grommet? A grommet is a metal ring commonly pressed to the center of a canopy to allow the decorative finial cap to pass through the canopy to the top of the umbrella’s frame. Some canopies merely have a reinforced hole in the fabric. Our canopies will have a grommet. Please refer to the image in the photo gallery.
- Our listed prices are for Sunbrella’s 5400 series furniture grade fabrics. These materials are of solid colors that are soft, supple and stretch nicely when the umbrella is cranked open and fold down tightly when closed. We can make your new genuine Sunbrella® replacement umbrella canopy from any of the wide array of offerings. However, many of these other-than-5400-series options come with a premium upcharge for the fabric.

- Single-vented. While uncommon, we can make a double-vented canopy at plus $50 for the extra material and labor.
- 6.5′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 6.5′ canopies fit 6-rib umbrellas with frame radius measuring 39-40″. $189.
- 7.5′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 7.5′ canopies fit 8-rib umbrellas with frame radius measuring 47-48″. $209.
- 9′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 9′ canopies fit 8 or 6 ribbed umbrellas with frame radius measuring 54-56″. $229.
- 11′ Replacement canopies (5400 series Sunbrella® fabric). Our standard 11′ canopies fit 8-rib umbrellas with frame radius measuring 66-68″. $329.
- Not compatible with cantilever/offset style patio umbrellas.
- Although we can replicate most patio umbrella canopies, our prices include canopies of standard round construction.
- Canopies are single-vented. Double-vented canopies, while uncommon, can be made at +$50.

They came through for me!!
I wanted a replacement canopy for an 11ft. offset cantilever umbrella, and let me tell you, it's almost impossible to find. I even looked into having one made but it would have cost twice as much as buying a whole new umbrella! Mark came through for me, explaining why the industry has basically decided to opt out of these replacements, but then located one in his overstock! He was very careful, wanting to make sure the item would fit before shipping. It fit perfectly and we are so happy with the new canopy! Mark was a pleasure to work with!

Great Cover and even better Customer Service!
This is a perfect match and fit for our patio set. I have just recently replaced the sling chair fabric and the umbrella cover was originally made with that same fabric. Although the same fabric was not available through this site the vast selection of fabrics and colors allowed me to choose what I think is a perfect coordinated match that complements the overall look. With some cleaning of the table and the umbrella and chair frames, its all like a new set. We love it!! As for Customer Service, they are tops! There was a small issue with an incorrect grommet size on the cover, but Tammi worked with me to quickly resolve the issue so that we could immediately begin enjoying the shade provided by this cover. I HIGHLY recommend ShadeUSA!
