Charter @GetSpectrum is the worst company in the history of companies. It only exists because it is a monopoly. They came out to install new service for my neighbors, and now my service doesn’t work. “Oh well,” he says. You’ll have to put in a service order. #horribleservice

@GetSpectrum I have had more issues with my TV in the past two weeks than in the past two years. Not happy about this service. If you call it’s an hour wait on hold then disconnect. 🙄

@GetSpectrum I am so over this. I pay 80 dollars a month for WiFi service and when I need you the most for a major release at work it goes down. My hotspot can barely handle this much data and is moving like a turtle. I will be changing my service tomorrow.

.@GetSpectrum Even at the introductory rate, we would be throwing more money their way, but they said no. If we cancel & come back to them in 30 days, we could get the introductory rate, but by staying loyal customers, we get screwed over.

@Ask_Spectrum No I will not. You have no idea how to solve this and this is your only response. The only thing that will make this better in the interim, would be to take money off my bill going back several months. Worst service ever.

@GetSpectrum has been uncharacteristic tonight... instead of "kinda bad" they've been horrible. It's hard to imagine people wanted to cut the chord. You're one of two or three cable providers and you're awful at it. I would call to complain but I don't have 4 hours to waste.

Did anyone have trouble with @TheConnersABC on DVR on @GetSpectrum? I hit play and it was just a black screen. I couldn't fast forward or do anything. So I have to watch it another time On Demand.
