Received invitation to apply for Chase Ink Business Preferred
I received an invitation to apply for the Ink Preferred. It was addressed to me personally at my home address. Should I assume Chase knows I have a business? Surely, they are not just willy nilly sending invites to folks and hoping they have a business.
I have a 830 score, no issue with 5/24, no Chase accounts at all, no baddies at all, and only one other business card that I don't use much.
Is it worth giving it a shot? What sort of docs can I expect Chase to want from me?

Re: Received invitation to apply for Chase Ink Business Preferred
They would've had to have obtained some information to determine that, if anything. With that said, it's not a pre-qualified/pre-approved offer. Just a marketing solicitation to apply.
As far as docs, it would depend *if* additional information may be required with the application. Only way to know is when you apply.

I realize it is not a pre-approval. I mentioned that it's merely an invitation to apply. But pre-approval is not my concern. I am ok going through the process.

I applied for this card about 1 week ago. Got an email requesting proof of EIN from IRS letter and proof of address like utility bill. Just submitted the documents online and waiting for a response. Hope this helps.

Thx for that. Is your business work from home, or is the utility bill for your biz address?
