@bt_uk @EE The link doesn’t work and I’ve been in touch with them but have no success with it. I can login on my bt webpage but the app won’t let me login. EE sent me a reactivation link twice and still having same issue
Rob Henderson (@RobjHen77) reported
@bt_uk @Scotlandteam Appreciate the support BT but any danger of a new logo, as your current one is ruining an otherwise brilliant Scotland shirt. Such a big plain boring logo!
Enemarr (@Nyishaaargh) reported
Please Please PLEASE @bt_uk can you tend our broadband issue. Been without service and phone-line intermittently for the past few days.We are helping an elderly couple who're shielding so need lines of communication. Even MORESO one is now terminal.#Help

@btsport your service on your app is absolutely shocking
MattyStorage (@Matty515) reported
Watching the #bbl10 final with the kids on @btsport and every other advert is about erectile dysfunction.....surely there’s a watershed for crap like that?? Kids asking what it is.....😳 @Ofcom
Chris M (@chrismafc1) reported
@bt_uk Got it working again but kinda wish I hadn't as we are losing already! When watching football through the bt box it's like watching it with my eyes half closed (deffo not HD). So I just use the app. The wifi has been generally poor ever since I signed up but works fine now tbh.

@StopFundingHate @bt_uk if you stand up to these bullies and advertise on GB News you will gain me as a customer. 👍
Calum Polwart (@ShinyBlackShoe) reported
@bt_uk @ofcom - please sort. Last time I asked you (@Ofcom) told me that the network provider was responsible for doing all it could to prevent abuse. Now they say they "can't". Pretty sure if you tell them they "must" they will.Let me know on here when its done.
Calum Polwart (@ShinyBlackShoe) reported
Can someone, anyone, maybe @Ofcom explain why I've had three phone calls telling me I have bought an iphone11+ today & to press 1 if false etc.Who gives these people access to the network? Why can't technology detect inappropriate network use? @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk
francis grace18 (@Grace18Francis) reported
@EE @btsport Hi, can I get help with resolving an issue on my account here, or can you link me to live chat please

@nigel_callaghan @bt_uk @TimesRadio Just because you’ve submitted, don’t drag us all down
Pamela Goodman (@goodman_pamela) reported
@bt_uk Yet again let down by BT. 2.5 weeks of NO broadband, finally get reconnected and guess what the system has gone down AGAIN. No update, no way of getting through. Disaster. Get your effing act together.
Bryn Hammond (@Brynley_H) reported
@bt_uk @SkyUK @TalkTalk When are you going to offer some real competition to Virgin Media in terms of very high speed broadband in the NG24 area, please? I’m unhappy with their customer service but none of you offer decent alternatives at the moment.
Bruce Burnett (@BruceGeoB) reported
@ShinyBlackShoe @bt_uk Agree - don’t like the idea that “we’ve got something to help but you’ve got to ask” - presume there is an issue with “false positives” and some companies negatively impacted??
